My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from various therapeutic modalities as they best apply to a particular person’s needs. In my role as psychotherapist, I aim to actively listen and work from a practical, empathetic, and non-judgmental perspective, working to help you connect with your feelings and offer language to communicate your experiences. I work with individuals and couples from a variety of different social locations and attempt to approach each person from a place of respect for their worldview, culture, spiritual beliefs, gender identity, and sexual orientation. My practice is LGBTQ2S+ positive and welcomes diversity. Overall, I look to collaborate with my clients and support them in their therapeutic goals.
